Melonya Johnson is the president of BSMART Coaching which provides leadership training, inclusion and change management strategies in addition to executive coaching for individuals and groups for both non-profit, for-profit organizations and schools.
I have worked in diverse industries and held positions in sales, employment, business development, training, and consultant. I have held the position of Vice President of Operations and Compliance for a $30+ million Western New York not-for-profit. I have served on a number of boards and is a Leadership Buffalo graduate.
I bring more than twenty years of study in personal and motivational development to her talent development experience. I am passionate about helping organizations create a work environment that is psychologically safe, inspires productivity, loyalty and, innovation. BSMART Coaching’s vision is to lead a movement that creates best places to work- everywhere!
