Focus
Leadership is a journey that should not be taken alone. Managers and leaders often feel they need to know all the answers. They pressure themselves to be “perfect.” This coaching program provides a secure space for managers and leaders to entertain new ways to get work done, elevate departmental and organizational culture to drive successful business outcomes.
 
This program uses a variety of techniques to help clients develop the skills and mindset required for effective leadership. Client’s will receive feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential as a leader.
 
At the end of our coaching journey, clients will have a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses as a leader and will have developed a range of skills and strategies to help them achieve success in their role. They will also have a deeper understanding of how to motivate and engage their team, improve team performance, and create a positive and productive work culture.
 
Duration: 6 Month, or 12 Month options
 
Frequency: Bi-weekly (60-minute session)
