This coaching journey is specifically designed to help teams of 5-12 members improve their performance, achieve their goals, and create a positive and productive team culture.

Our program is ideal for teams who need to ensure desired outcomes, improve their communications, create a unified effort, find strategies for different work styles, address competing priorities, and ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, BSMART Coaching’s program is designed to help teams set and meet goals, enhance engagement levels, spark creativity and innovation, and connect project outcomes to business needs.

Through our coaching sessions, your team will learn how to communicate more effectively, identify, and address competing priorities, and find strategies to work more effectively together. Together we will collaborate with the team to create a personalized coaching plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals.

We use a variety of coaching techniques and assessments to help your team develop the skills and mindset required for effective collaboration, including team-building exercises, group coaching sessions and individual assignments. Coachee’s will receive feedback, guidance, and support to help teams achieve their goals and maximize their potential.

At the end of our coaching journey, teams will have a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, and they will have developed a range of skills and strategies to help them achieve success in their projects. They will also have a deeper understanding of how to work together more effectively, how to enhance engagement levels, spark creativity and innovation, and connect project outcomes to business needs.

The coaching journey requires the completion of a survey to help determine the topics that identify the needs of the group. Topics include but are not limited to the following:
