Focus
Leadership is a journey that should not be taken alone. Managers and leaders often feel they need to know all the answers. They pressure themselves to be “perfect”. This coaching program provides a secure space for managers and leaders to entertain new ways to get work done, elevate departmental and organizational culture to drive successful business outcomes.

This coaching journey is specifically designed to help managers and leaders maximize their potential, pivot their managerial or leadership styles and skills, to meet the changing needs of their department or organization.

Our program is ideal for managers and leaders who are looking to hone their managerial and leadership skills, improve team performance, inspire greater levels of engagement and loyalty from their team or organization, and set or fix dysfunctional department, leadership, or organizational culture.

Through our coaching sessions, coaches’ will learn how to improve their ability to address conflict, address performance or quality issues, and develop strategies to achieve business goals. This journey will create a personalized coaching plan that is tailored to the coaches’ unique needs and goals.

This program uses a variety of techniques to help coachees’ develop the skills and mindset required for effective leadership. Coachee’s will receive feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals and maximize their potential as a leader.

At the end of our coaching journey, coachees’ will have a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses as a leader, and will have developed a range of skills and strategies to help them achieve success in their role. They will also have a deeper understanding of how to motivate and engage their team, improve team performance, and create a positive and productive work culture.

 
Duration: 3 Month, 6 Month, or 12 Month options
 
Frequency: Bi-weekly (60-minute session)
