Focus
The focus of this coaching engagement is to provide the coachee an opportunity for self-exploration and personal growth. Through this customized coaching process, the coachee will develop a deeper understanding of how their behaviors, communication styles, and mindsets positively or negatively impact the quality of their relationship with themselves, their professional and personal stakeholders. The coaching process illuminates how they define success and develop the plan to move them forward.
This package focuses on self-discovery to strengthen one’s relationship with the self, to create healthy, sustainable relationships that build connection. The individual coaching journey provides the coachee a safe space to delve deep within, to understand their motivators, demotivators, habits, traits, and the potential pitfalls to achieving their goals.
Coachee’s identify the barrier that impede their progress, set goals, and strategies that move their professional and personal lives to the next stage of their human evolution.
Duration: 3 Month, 6 Months, or 12 Months options
Frequency: Bi-weekly (60-minute session)
Package includes:
- Pre/Post Sponsor/Manager (Optional) debrief 30-minute sessions
- Coachee/Coach Introductory Meeting
- Bi-weekly coaching sessions (60-minutes)
- Customized coaching journey includes goal tracking and developmental assignments
- Regular check-ins designed to drive engagement between sessions
- Manager Report 3, 6 Month engagements (2 reports delivered at the midway and conclusion of the coaching engagement, 12 month engagements (4 reports delivered quarterly)
